Hosted by WNYC's John Schaefer, the evening also included performances by instrumental indie favoritesĀ Clogs and Orchestra for the Next Century.
Snider's 13-part song-cycle Unremembered is set to the text of poet Nathaniel Bellows and addresses issues of memory, childhood and innocence. The Orchestra for the Next Century performs the cycle and also presents new music and arrangements by Stith, Worden and Newsome.
Q2 Music is the digital venue for the Ecstatic Music Festival 2013 and will be the center for on-demand artist interviews and concert audio.
