In a true testament to this country's multicultural mosaic, this April 7 performance from Symphony Space features composers Yu-Hui Chang and Kati Agócs, who combined exemplify Taiwanese, Canadian, Hungarian and American backgrounds. Using the city of Boston as the common denominator, Meet the Composer Studio presents the works of these two women performed by Music from China and the Metropolis Ensemble.
Relishing their instrumental role in bringing together composers, performers and audiences, Meet the Composer (MTC) takes advantage of new media and technology to provide an even closer, in-depth look into composers and their unique creative processes.
