Are you seriously *not* accepting AIF and WAV files electronically?
Recently saw a premiere of young composer in Philadelphia that was marvelous which is what made me think of posting my previous comment. So wonderful to see young talent. I found his site...

Might it be okay to ask respectfully if Q2 may have received my submission, sent December 3, 2011? Included were Naxos 8.559652 with the London Symphony and the CD "Images" recorded by the US Air Force Band of Flight.

I have an audio/electronic piece that uses spoken word that was embedded on a museum website. Both the author of the spoken word and the museum have granted me permission to use it in a musical composition, but both permissions were sent in e-mail. Will simply printing the documents out be enough.

Thanks for your question and we appreciate your concern for conservation. However, given the preferred and most efficacious workflow at the station and the potential pitfalls of digital file transfer, we are asking that you send us hard copies along with the performer information. We understand this entails slightly more work on the part of the sender, but hope you agree it's worth the extra effort as it makes our lives infinitely easier. Thanks for your understanding, and we're looking forward to your music!
Any chance we can send you uncompressed audio and the documentation via email? (With a URL to the audio). Would save a few trees...
