This is oneof the most beautful programs that has been aired on WQXR. It should be a model for future programming. Martina Arroyo with her magnifiencent voice, insights, humor and communicative skills complements the commentary of Midge Woolsey to present a most enjoyable and erudite conversation. This could be the theme of great vocal programs: Conversations with Martina and Midge. Please consider this for future voacal recitals on WQXR
BRAVISSIMA..Martina!!
Mille Grazie to WQXR! Keep it coming!
Such a thrill to listen to the insight that Martina has collected throughout her career. For such a legendary performer to decide to instill knowledge on young singers, shows a selfless dedication that is rare in any profession.
This is without doubt the most beautiful program on WQXR in the last year.
My Dear Martina:
It has been many years since we have spent time chatting. Our lives have gone in different directions. However, your wonderful sense of humor is intact and your choice of artists whom you have worked with is impeccable. I wish you could do a program similar to this one every now and again. This has been so very special, and I deeply thank you and QXR for this superb presentation.
With fondest memories,
Renate Perls
