Saturday Morning Cartoons: A Double Birthday Bash

In honor of Czech composer Antonin Dvorak's birthday (Sept. 8, 1841), we have selected his Slavonic Dance No. 7 in C Minor, Op. 46 as the featured piece in this Saturday’s cartoon.
This piece can be heard in a segment of Bruno Bozzetto’s 1976 Italian animated film "Allegro non troppo," a parody of Disney's "Fantasia." The performance you'll hear on air is by the Cleveland Orchestra under the direction of Christoph Von Dohnanyi, whose birthday is also on Saturday.
