Bob Sherman precedes his interview with conductor Julius Rudel with a recording of the Barcarolle from The Tales of Hoffmann. He talks to Rudel about his debut at Covent Garden with a multi-lingual production of "Die Fledermaus." They also discuss his former career as music director and current role conducting opera and symphony.
