Actually, ICE, the International Contemporary Ensemble, a first class "New Music" group, has put up two concert videos, one at Q2. Visit their web site, http://www.iceorg.org/ .
There is more and more long form video for New Music, Classical Music, and Jazz. NPR/music is at the forefront. The GreenSpace has quite a few. WBGO, Jazz 88, Newark, NJ has two huge archives of videocasts from the Village Vanguard.
I am sure that there will be others.
WQXR on headphones is equivalent to attending a concert ...next step Skype video??
I love WQXR
Maria Schneider is the BEST composer in the history of the WORLD!!!! We love her here in Oakmont! Give her a big hug from Lexi!
