Gianandrea Noseda serves as music director of the Opera House in Torino, Italy. Prior to that, for nine years he served as principal conductor of England’s BBC Philharmonic and along the way conducted many of the world’s great orchestras and in the leading opera houses. Earlier this spring, Noseda conducted acclaimed performances of Verdi’s Macbeth at the Metropolitan Opera.
