Mozart Idomeneo opera....Fantastic
Love classical music ..relaxing, powerful, tells a story and it
We would prefer the more powerful operas, vis a vi Verdi, Massenet, Wagner, Rossini, Meyerbeer, and Puccini. Also, how about giving us a look at the full day's music schedule, as you did when you were over at 96.3, so we can get with the program, and know what to expect?! Thanking you, in advance. Ciao.
Just wanted to say that I really enjoy listening to the opera every Saturday - thank you!
Congratulations and thanks for presenting the most grandiose opera written by Mozart, and certainly one of the greatest heroic operas of all time. The only challenge is trying to forget Pavarotti's and Domingo's interpretations. A novel production can throw interesting light, on the condition that the voices are first-rate, which we hope is the case today.
