President Barack Obama sent Congress a $3.83 trillion budget today. But domestic spending isn't the only item on the president's plate this week.
David Sanger, chief Washington correspondent for The New York Times, joins Kerry Nolan in the WNYC newsroom to discuss the Obama administration's new efforts to counter Iran's missile capability as well as the president's new domestic spending plan.
