Hear Eight Full Concerts and Daily Highlights: July 20-Sept. 7, 2013

For the first time, WQXR will broadcast full concerts from the BBC Proms, the longstanding summer festival that takes place mostly at the Royal Albert Hall in London. From July 20 to September 7, eight full concerts take place on Saturday evenings at 5 pm. Highlights from other performances will be broadcast daily at 4 pm.

In addition, Q2 Music will provide access to a full selection of the contemporary music offered by the Proms. Both WQXR and Q2 will also offer on-demand streaming of select Proms concerts for a full 30 days after the initial airing of the concert.
