Born in Venezuela and educated at Juilliard and in Germany, pianist Gabriela Martinez is fast making a name for herself both in her native country and abroad. On this week's episode she performs works by Rachmaninoff, Szymanowski, and Schumann recorded live in the WQXR studios.
