This week we'll venture into hallowed territory with some of the most profound music in the literature, including requiems by Mozart, Verdi, Berlioz, Fauré, Dvořák and Duruflé.

Thank you so much for playing the BRAHMS requiem tonight.

I was just at Symphony Space on the Upper West Side and heard the piece done by the New Amsterdam Symphony Orchestra and the Young New Yorker's Chorus perform the piece. {....and last October I was able to performe the same work at Carnegie Hall with the Collegiate Chorale.}

To hear it twice in one night is just a JOY !!
