David Sanger, chief Washington correspondent for The New York Times, joins WQXR's Liz White to talk about the continued uprising in Libya. This weekend, NATO allies discussed the creation of a no-fly zone over Libya. Sanger also weighs in on South Korea's concern that the pro-democracy movements could spread to North Korea.
