David Sanger, chief Washington correspondent for The New York Times, joins Kerry Nolan to discuss the U.S. and European air strikes on Gadhafi's regime in Libya.

Sanger says the intent behind the military operations were not immediately clear. He also weighs in on the future of the damaged nuclear reactors in Fukushima, Japan. Two reactors began billowing smoke Monday, prompting the government to investigate and pull workers back.
