There could not have been a more moving closing tribute to Schubert than the C-major String Quintet, and the Emerson recording with Rostropovich was a profoundly moving performance.

It's really sloppy radio to play the wrong show and then switch to the correct one without explanation. I wonder if anyone at WQXR really reads these comments.

You seem to be playing the wrong program! This isn't Schubert, it's the show about Wagner's Ring that you played last Monday.
