Helen on on 86th Street is a new full-length family musical adapted from a story that appeared in the New Yorker in 1997. Members of the cast join Bob Sherman in the studio to speak about the production and perform live.

The show, with lyrics by Nicole Kempskie and music by Robby Stamper, follows a 12-year-old girl Helen struggling to grow up in New York City. Wise beyond her years, Helen's story of survival resonates with people of all ages as it crosses paths with epic Greek tales of old.
