David Sanger, chief Washington correspondent for the New York Times, joins Liz White to discuss the President Obama's decision to withdraw 10,000 troops from Afghanistan by the end of the year and the House's vote to condemn the administration's role in the conflict in Libya. Sanger weighs in on the content of the president's drawdown announcement and on what was missing. He also talks about shifting opinions in the House of Representatives on Libya.
