David Sanger, chief Washington correspondent for the New York Times, joins Yasmeen Khan to discuss U.S. lawmakers' continuing efforts to reach an agreement on the debt limit. With just two weeks left before the August 2nd deadline, there's increased pressure for Republicans and Democrats to broker a deal. Sanger weighs in on the so-called "cap, cut and balance" plan as well as the President's wish for $1.5 trillion.
