I just saw this week's entire playlist. No Liszt "Mephisto Waltz" or Prokofiev "Suggestion Diabolique" or Prokofiev op. 3 no. 4 "Phantom"?

The Walpurgisnacht was absolutely hair raising!!!

Great

Love the show!!!

I play the Oboe, English Horn and Oboe d'amour
How about a show on this family, there are lots of great pieces....many accompanied arias in the Bach Cantatas
Good recordings with Harry Shulman,
Schellenberger, Harold Gomberg, Tom Stacy , Sherry Sylar, playing English Horn in the second movement of Dvorak's New World Symphony, with the NY Phil.Kurt Masur conducting,Teldec 9031 73244-2

There are great recordings using baroque oboes for music of the period.

Best Wishes

Steve
