Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is in Moscow today for two days of talks on nuclear arms control and security. US special envoy to the Middle East George Mitchell is expected to join her. They'll talk to diplomats from Russia, the European Union and the United Nations.
The Associated Press reports that the U.S. and Russia may be scheduling a follow-up to the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START) which expired in December. Clinton is also expected to talk to international diplomats about bringing Israel and Palestine back together for peace talks.
