In this week's Washington Report, David Sanger, chief Washington correspondent for the New York Times, speaks to Kerry Nolan about President Obama's idea for a tax on the wealthiest Americans as part of his proposed jobs plan. Sanger also weighs in on the U.N. General Assembly, where the Palestinians may seek full United Nations membership this week, which could further complicate President Obama's Middle East policy.
