Lorin Maazel Lorin Maazel (Chris Lee)

Former music director Lorin Maazel returns to the Philharmonic to lead a concert of Mozart and Debussy.

The program features Mozart’s Symphony No. 38, nicknamed the Prague symphony, which he premiered there in 1787.

Up next, Mozart’s Concerto for Flute and Harp features Philharmonic flute and harp principals, Robert Langevin and Nancy Allen, respectively. The performance wraps up with Debussy’s Jeux and Ibéria.
