Venus in Fur Nina Arianda and Hugh Dancy in 'Venus in Fur.' (Joan Marcus)

Nina Arianda is an actress whose star power brightened considerably a couple of years ago because of her Off-Broadway performance in the David Ives play Venus in Fur. Now the play is being revived and Arianda is re-creating her celebrated performance on Broadway, opposite the British actor Hugh Dancy, in the Manhattan Theater Club production that opened recently at the Samuel J. Friedman Theater.

The New York Times theater critic Charles Isherwood takes a look at the new production to see if Arianda’s star still shines as brightly in the Broadway lights.

i am a long time devoted and supportive listener to wqxr.
one criticism - your play lists now do not contain future schedules (you used to).

like most radio listeners, i am out and about much of the time. i would like to know if anything is coming up that i want to listen to and do not own.

thank you
