In this week's Washington Report, David Sanger, chief Washington correspondent for the New York Times, speaks to Kerry Nolan about the legacy of Kim Jong Il, the North Korean leader who died Saturday at age 69. Sanger weighs in on whether Kim's son is likely to take over power and what becomes of the country's nuclear weapons program now that Kim is gone.
