It’s a new opera season in New York, and WQXR features stars from the Metropolitan Opera in The Greene Space for an evening of favorites by Verdi, Rossini, Mozart and more. Watch the video webcast archive below.

Singers include Met Opera stars Guanqun Yu, Audrey Luna, Kathleen Kim, Isabel Leonard, Alek Shrader and Ildar Abdrazakov.

We also preview two of the Met’s new fall productions, Un Ballo in Maschera and The Tempest, with director David Alden and composer Thomas Adès.

With regret, Dolora Zajick has had to cancel her participation in the performance due to illness.
