On TuesdayFeb. 26 at 6 pm, Q2 Music presented a live webcast of Consonant Abstraction: Claude Debussy and Steve Reich from the Museum of Modern Art.

Part of the exhibition Inventing Abstraction, 1910-1925, this sold-out show included Claude Debussy’s Prélude à l'après-midi d'un faune and Steve Reich’s Electric Counterpoint and Different Trains. The concert was hosted by award-winning composer David Lang, performed by alumni faculty and musicians of the Bang on a Can Summer Festival at Mass MoCA (including Mivos Quartet), and included a conversation with Steve Reich.
