This week, From the Top comes to you from New England Conservatory's Jordan Hall in Boston, where you'll hear a teenage violinist play a beautiful and rarely performed sonata by Frederick Delius and a 17-year-old violist play the music of Ernest Bloch. Also, a teenage flutist plays Paul Taffanel – and gives fashion advice.

Violinist and Jack Kent Cooke Young Artist Carson Marshall, 18, from Belchertown, Mass., performs II. Andante scherzando from the Violin Sonata No.3 by Frederick Delius.

Violist and Jack Kent Cooke Young Artist Alexia DelGiudice, 16, from South Easton, Mass., performs Rhapsodie from Suite Hébraïque by Ernest Bloch.

Flutist and Jack Kent Cooke Young Artist Anthony Trionfo, 16, from Las Vegas, performs Andante Pastoral et Scherzettino by Paul Taffanel.

Pianist Angie Zhang, 15, from Princeton Junction, N.J., performs Basso Ostinato by Rodion Shchedrin.
