Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens turns 90 years old in a few weeks. In this week's Washington Report on WQXR, David Sanger, Chief Washington Correspondent for The New York Times, discusses President Barack Obama's choices for Stevens' seat on the US Supreme Court.

Sanger also talks to WNYC's Kerry Nolan about a new Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty, or START treaty, which President Obama heads to Prague on Wednesday to sign. And Sanger talks about how quickly the president's financial reform legislation will pass.
