On Friday, Jan. 28 at 8 pm, Gustavo Dudamel leads the Los Angeles Philharmonic in a concert recorded at the Barbican Centre in London. The program includes John Adams's Slonimsky’s Earbox, Leonard Bernstein's Symphony No. 1 ("Jeremiah"), and Beethoven's Symphony No. 7.

Loved it. The last movement of Beethoven's Seventh really flew, as it should. I would have liked it if he observed all the repeats, but you can't have everything.

he is very exciting. His energy is contagiuous. I want to watch him grow. Can we stop the hype et allow him space to expand? Annoluncers speak of him as God. How frightening that must be for this very gifted musician. Stop the spin

Great to see new blood to stir up the concerts. Enjoyed Dudamel /Juan Diego Florez together, I anticipate more !
