Tune in Thursday at 9 pm as Alan Gilbert leads the New York Philharmonic in Beethoven's Leonore Overture No. 3, Op. 72b. The program also consists of Lindberg's Souvenir and Mozart's Symphony No. 40 in G minor, K.550.

Listening to the Grisey. Marvelous piece, beautifully sung by the soprano.

N.B. When I typed the soprano's name, much to my astonishment, I was sent this message:

"Watch your mouth! The word "n--a" is not allowed here."

What gives?
