This edition of Exploring Music focuses on sounds of the city of water and love: Venice. Venetians have been known for centuries to be able to turn their hands to anything and do it quite well, and judging by the great number of Venetian composers, music was no exception. Monteverdi, Palestrina, Vivaldi, Palestrina and Verdi are featured.
