Cerebral, rational mathematicians would seem to be unlikely movie heroes, but in fact, quite a few films have been made about their adventures, including "The Imitation Game," the new movie starring Benedict Cumberbatch as Alan Turing, cracker of the Enigma code.

David Garland presents music to accompany equations, from "The Imitation Game," "Good Will Hunting," "A Beautiful Mind," and other mathematical films. Plus a quick look at the unusual music choices--percussive and classical--for the film "Birdman."

Glad Beautiful Mind will be on tonight, Horner is one of my favorites. Watched the trailer, hoping to catch a bit of the music. With that voice over I was expecting to hear "In a world...," almost made me laugh.
