Angela Vallone, soprano performs in The Greene Space (WQXR)

At 1 pm on the first Wednesday of every month in The Greene Space at WQXR to hear some of classical music’s best-loved composers performed by rising stars from The Juilliard School. Leave the emails, phone calls and stress behind and settle in for an hour of musical serenity.

Alex Rosen is one of the finest basses I've heard in a long time. His voice is rich and has a depth of tone that provides the listener with a pleasurable and exciting experience.
