This week Bill McGlaughlin looks at the musical output of Norway, Finland, Sweden and Denmark, from the 17th century to more modern times. In addition to hearing works by composers, including Norweigian Edvard Grieg and Dane Rued Langgaard, you'll hear performances by famous Scandinavian musicians such as Jussi Björling and Håkan Hagegård.

Exploring Music airs weeknights at 11 pm.
