New Year's Special: Young Concert Artists Invitational

On this special New Year's Day Showcase, we're recalling the Young Concert Artists’ invitational recital, which took place on Nov. 9, two days after the finals of YCA’s 2015 international audition.

Remi Geniet, a graduate of the Paris Conservatory, performed Rachmaninoff’s piano transcriptions of the Fritz Kreisler chestnuts, Liebesleid and Liebesfreud; German baritone Samuel Hasselhorn performed works by Schumann, Britten and Schubert; and Korean pianist Dasol Kim closed with an etude by Ukrainian composer, Nikolai Kapustin.
