This Saturday at 12:30 pm it's Operavore’s Prelude to Mother's Day, honoring mothers on and off the stage.

Mothers play a big part in the lives of many opera singers.  They offer support and inspiration when the going gets rough and applaud the loudest at every curtain call. Diana Damrau, Michael Fabiano, Marilyn Horne and Deborah Voigt talk about their mothers. Music – for and about mothers – is by Mascagni, Puccini, Menotti and others.
