The New York Philharmonic returned for another residency at the Bravo! Vail music festival this past July. The first in a series of broadcasts recorded at the Colorado festival features soloist Yefim Bronfman playing Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 3 led by the orchestra's music director Alan Gilbert. Also on the program is Nielsen’s Maskarade Overture, selections from Grieg’s Peer Gynt, and Liszt’s Les Préludes.
