Lloyd Moss interviews labor mediator Theodore Kheel about his life and distinguished career. Mr. Kheel describes a 1946 transit dispute with Mayor O'Dwyer, and David Sarnoff as mediator. He discusses his work towards equal employment rights with President Johnson.

Mr. Kheel discusses the musical selections of his choosing.
