Spring Cleaning is just around the corner. It's that time of year when we get rid of clutter and reorganize our homes. With that in mind, host Terrance McKnight looks at music and musical styles to which pack-rat composers keep coming back.

This week we feature a new recording of Bach's Fugue in C minor, in which baritone Eric Owens sings different voices of the fugue while trumpeter Terrence Blanchard improvises using a contemporary musical vocabulary. The old Shaker melody "Simple Gifts" is revived by guitarist Dave Grusin and violinist Mark O’Connor. And we unveil a string quartet version of "Home on the Range."

What a gift you are Terrance with your show....used to listen at 10 PM when I lived in the east, now living in the west, it's saturday night live with Terrance at 7 PM no less.

Simply thanks for the creative choices and imaginative programming.
