Featuring talented young musicians from around the country, From the Top comes to San Jose this week with performers all plucked from the state of California. In this episode, meet an 18-year-old violinist who overcame a worry of having too-small hands, a 16-year-old clarinetist who enjoys collecting vinyl records and a guitarist who made it onto the program on his second try.
