  • If you're having trouble viewing videos, we suggest making sure your internet browser is up-to-date. We have tested the video player in Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome, though it should work in any current browser. If you're still having trouble, email Listener Services with your browser, version, and a detailed description of the problem you're experiencing.
  • If you like what you hear, you can buy it from our website! Under each piece on our Playlists page (http://www.wqxr.org/playlists/), there's a button that says "Buy from Arkiv Music" that will enable you to do so.
  • John, Our Playlists page (http://www.wqxr.org/playlists/) allows you to find pieces based on the time and day. Click on the correct day in the calendar tool on the right and scroll through the times (listed reverse chronologically) until you find the piece. Alternatively, if you know the day and something about the piece, you can use the search function on your browser to find it. If you're still having trouble, email Listener Services at listenerservices@wqxr.org.
  • Unfortunately, there is no longer a way to access playlists ahead of time. See more about this on our audio help page at http://www.wqxr.org/audio/help/. If your browser continues to make it difficult to read our playlists, email listener services (listenerservices@wqxr.org) with the browser version you've been using so we can fix the problem. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  • Information about the current piece is available in the player, which can be found on the right side of the page under the words "What's On Now." Our Playlists page (http://www.wqxr.org/playlists/) allows you to find already-aired pieces based on the time and day.

  • Martha, We apologize for the lack of response to your relatives' emails. Listener Services has had a remarkable number of emails in response to WQXR and continues to work hard to personally respond to every inquiry. We appreciate your input through both email and our blogs and we assure you that we take listener comments into consideration.
