WQXR Newsletter Escape to Tanglewood 2018 Giveaway Rules
HOW TO ENTER: No purchase or pledge necessary. Entries may be made at WQXR.org on the Escape to Tanglewood 2018 page between 1pm Friday, June 15, 2018, and 12:59:59 pm Friday, June 22, 2018, Eastern Standard Time. Entries must be submitted separately for each weekly drawing. Entries for each weekly drawing must be submitted by 1pm on Fridays.
ELIGIBILITY: Anyone 18 years of age or older within the United States can enter except employees of New York Public Radio, their immediate family or people living in the same household. Void where prohibited by law.
PRIZES: Two tickets to a show at Tanglewood's Koussevitzky Music Shed in Lennox, MA, and one night's accommodation at the Red Lionn in in Stockbridge, MA. The total prize is valued at $435.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: One winner will be selected by random drawing and will be notified by email and/or phone no later than 5 pm on Monday, June 25, 2018. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours or declines the prize, another winner will be randomly chosen. Concert tickets will be mailed to the winner and accommodations will be redeemed at the Red Lion Inn located at 30 Main St, Stockbridge, MA 01262. The chances of winning are dependent upon the number of entries. A list with the winners' names will be kept on file at WQXR and is available by writing WQXR Listener Services, 160 Varick Street, New York, NY 10013.
GENERAL: Participants agree that New York Public Radio, its agents and employees will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from their use of the prize or their participation in the give-away. Prize is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. There can be no substitutions for a prize. New York Public Radio may use winner’s name for publicity purposes without further compensation.
RESTRICTIONS: Restrictions may apply. By participating in the Escape to Tanglewood Giveaway, a participant agrees to be bound by these rules, and by all decisions of New York Public Radio with respect to the interpretation of these rules.
