Dozens of Toyota Cases May Become One

Thursday, March 25, 2010

The Associated Press reports that the Toyota owners say the value of their vehicles has plummeted following the recalls of millions of Toyotas for safety fixes.

The judges are expected to give their ruling in two weeks. Once that happens, the trial or settlement would combine around 100 cases filed nationwide into one case. The resolution of the case could cost Toyota billions of dollars.
