Where's Beethoven? Photo Contest Rules

HOW TO ENTER: No purchase or pledge necessary. Entries may be made on the Where’s Beethoven Contest page between the hours of 6 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2011, and 11:59 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 28, 2011, Eastern Standard Time.
ELIGIBILITY: Anyone 18 years of age or older can enter the Where’s Beethoven Contest except employees of WQXR and its related organizations, their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited by law.
PRIZE: QCard, the WQXR member discount card, valued at $75, Beethoven Was Def T-shirt, valued at $25, and an Obey-Thoven poster (18 inches-by-24 inches), designed by eyeball in the style of Shepard Fairey/Obeygiant.com and reproduced with his kind permission to benefit listener-supported WQXR, valued at $5.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: Three winners will be selected by random drawing of correct answers no later than 6 p.m. Tuesday of each week beginning, Nov. 8, 2011, through Nov. 29, 2011. Winners will be notified by telephone or email. Prize will be shipped by mail. The chances of winning are dependent upon the number of entries. A list with the winners’ names will be kept on file at WQXR and are available by writing WQXR Listener Services, 160 Varick Street, New York, NY 10013.
GENERAL: By participating in the Where’s Beethoven Contest, participants agree to the Official Rules, and that WQXR, its agents and employees will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from their use of the prize or their participation in the give-away. Prize is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. There can be no substitutions for a prize. WQXR Radio may use winner’s name for publicity purposes without further compensation.
RESTRICTIONS: Restrictions may apply. By participating in the Where’s Beethoven Contest, a participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, and by all decisions of the contest judges. One entry per person per daily photo, Nov. 1, 2011 to Nov. 28, 2011.
