For this week’s Saturday morning cartoon we’re turning to the biggest animated diva: Garfield the cat.

In this episode of the television show Garfield and Friends called “The Garfield Opera,” our favorite fat cat, as well as Jon, Odie and Nermal, take son Amilcare Ponchielli’s “Dance of the Hours,” from the opera La Gioconda.

Really silly. Thanks. Reminds me of the Monty Python movie The Meaning of Life think it was whereby Michael Palin explodes after eating. Poor Dance of the Hours. Between Fantasia and now this, no one can take this opera seriously.
