While I like the music, it seems to be soprano and tenor all the time, and a rare bass thrown in. There also are great alto and countertenor singers and you never even play music written for that range. No Handel or Haydn or any anyone who wrote so well for those ranges. There are four, not singing parts,
Thank You.

Thank you so much for programing David Duball's "Debussy and the Piano" on Sunday evening. His comments and variety of artists and performances deepens my understanding of this wonderful world of the piano and its literature. I marvel at the amount of literature there is to offer!!

Then next comes the re-runs of George Jellinek's program which is also a first class treasure! I am so appreciative of this vocal listening opportunity too.

This past Sunday on "Songs of Twilight" I began listening SITTING DOWN and by the time of your two extra selections by Schubert, beginning with the duet "Licht and Liebe" with Gerald Moore accompanying janet Baker and Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau I WAS ON MY FEET so happy to be having this opportunity for listening.

Much gratitude to the srtists for their performances, to David Duball and George Jellinek for thier programs, and to you for programming them for us to hear.
