Anthony LaPaglia Visits WQXR

Friday, April 02, 2010

You may have seen Anthony LaPaglia as FBI agent Jack Malone in the TV show Without a Trace. Or you may have seen him as Daphne Moon’s inebriated brother Simon in the TV show Frasier or in any of more than four dozen movies.

These days, you can see him on Broadway, where LaPaglia plays an opera star in Ken Ludwig’s farce Lend Me a Tenor. When LaPaglia was offered the role of Tito Merilli, who’s supposed to be a world-famous tenor, the first thing they asked was if he could sing. Find out his answer today when he visits with Naomi Lewin at 5:30 pm.

Playing the interview at 5:30pm on Good Friday wasn't exactly what I call peak time -any chance of archiving it, as the first repondant asked? I'd like to hear this interview very much. Thank you.

Will you have this interview available online maybe as an archived piece?
